New Cottonwood XLT from PahaQue, the Ultimate in Versatile Shade Shelters

The new Cottonwood XLT, recently introduced by PahaQue Wilderness, is a big step forward in versatile shade shelters. Based on their popular Cottonwood 10×10 design, the new XLT adds the advantages of two built-in awnings and provides a Sun Protection Factor of 50+.

These two awnings can be extended out to provide additional sheltered areas; lowered down to block out wind and rain; or simply rolled up, out of the way. When extended out, the awnings create as much as three times more shaded area than a regular shelter without awnings.  As an added benefit, one awning can be attached to a vehicle roof rack, the other to a camper trailer awning track.

The Cottonwood XLT packs down to an ultra-compact 10”x30” and fits easily into its heavy-duty carry bag with a built-in adjustable shoulder strap. A breeze to set up and take down, the ingenious design uses high-quality aluminum tent poles that combine strength and performance into a lightweight frame.

The roof material is 150D polyester oxford fiber with 1500mm waterproof coating, so light rain showers are no problem. Floor size is 10’x10′, the inside height is 8′ at the peak and sidewalls are 5’8”. It weighs 19 pounds. The MSRP is $379.
