OIWC’s Keynote Presentation provides a platform for industry leaders to share best practices around business strategy, sustainability, innovation, and leadership diversity in the workplace. OIWC recognizes REI for its work to help people access and enjoy the outdoors, and for being one of a few leading employers on Fortune’s 100 Best list since its inception.  During his keynote, Stritzke will talk about the factors that help small and large businesses succeed as the sector changes.
