– We are planning to win and anything else will be a disappointment”, says Martin Flinta team captain of Thule Adventure Team.
The main disciplines of the race include: trekking, mountain biking, and ocean / river kayaking.
Getting ready for the World Championships in Tasmania involves a great deal of dedication, strength and physical ability. The teams must ensure that they have good navigation skills and be prepared to operate in harsh, remote environments in all weather conditions. A detailed understanding of your team mates and your own capabilities is essential.
