Numarine Order Book Reaches Record Levels With Five-fold Increase in 12 months

Numarine Performance Motor Yachts in Istanbul, Turkey has seen its order book reach record levels following successes at the latest Cannes, Istanbul and Miami Boat shows. Since the arrival of Numarine CEO Patrik von Sydow in 2010 the company has embarked on a growth strategy involving new distribution in the Americas, the Far East, several countries in Europe as well as the important home market Turkey. Focus on product quality and industry leading after sales developments has meant that the Turkish builder with its impressive and in many ways unique design now boasts an order book that reaches well into 2013 – a major turnaround compared to the years following the financial crises in 2008/2009.

“The development in sales gives the business a strong platform for imminent new product releases including a 68’ Fly Bridge and Hard Top model planned for launch in Q1 2013 as well as a new 105’ Hard Top, all of which are truly stunning and above all different to what exists in the market place today” says von Sydow.

Whilst maintaining a close working relation ship with Numarine moving forward as a active board member, von Sydow has decided to return to the UK to join his family, this will in turn lead to Omer Malaz, the company founder, resuming the role as CEO.

“Year 2011 has been a challenging but very rewarding year for Numarine and I would like to thank Patrik for leading us through these important developments” says Omer Malaz.

Numarine Performance Motor Yachts is a manufacturer building boats from 55’ to 130’ based in Istanbul, Turkey.
