    38th Annual Fireside Craft/Art Show

    Saturday, February 16 through Sunday, February 17, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

    Unicoi State Park and Lodge – Helen

    Celebrate 38 years of the Fireside Craft/Art Show. More than 60 of the Southeast’s finest artists and crafts people will be here for this Unicoi tradition. This indoor, juried show has a reputation for excellence and is a nice balance between fine arts and quality crafts. $5 parking. 800-573-9659 ext. 305.

    COASTAL GEORGIA

    Colonial Faire & Muster

    Saturday, February 9 through Sunday, February 10, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

    Wormsloe Historic Site – Savannah

    Experience life in Colonial Georgia during the 18th century with a military encampment, sutlers’ row, craft demonstrations, military demonstrations, and period music and dance. Food concessions will be available. FREE ADMISSION. (912) 353-3023.

    High Falls Historic Walk

    Saturday, February 2, 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.

    High Falls State Park – Jackson

    Join our naturalist on a 1.5-mile walk and learn about the history of the once-prosperous town of High Falls. Hike also includes a rare chance to tour inside the old powerhouse building, which provides great photo opportunities of the Towaliga River. Please wear sturdy shoes.     Reed Bingham State Park – Adel

    Valdosta Kennel Club Agility Trials

    Saturday, February 16 through Sunday, February 17, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

    Reed Bingham State Park – Adel

    Backyard Bird Count

    Reed Bingham State Park – Adel
