Like many other sports, BASE jumping often requires expert calculations and perfect timing. When on a moving surface, these factors are only compounded. For extreme athlete Sam Hardy however, it’s just the next logical step in his career. In a video filmed for the new EpicTV series eleMENTAL, Hardy decides to jump from a speeding van and off a bridge.

When he’s not BASE jumping, Hardy takes his dreadlocks on adventures ranging from wingsuit flying to kayaking.
