Wildcat Mountain looks to uphold its reputation as New Hampshire’s spring ski area when it will reopen this Saturday, April 26 and operate for the weekend, weather and conditions permitting. Late season discount tickets for this weekend will be just $29 for all ages and/or youth age 6-18 “pay their age” when accompanied by a paid adult, one youth per adult. Reopening for the weekend, Wildcat Mountain will once again be the last ski area in New Hampshire to be offering lift-serviced skiing, the state’s official sport, for an eighth season in a row.

“There is still snow and fun to be had, and our groomers will work their hardest to revitalize spring conditions and top-to-bottom skiing and riding this weekend on the remaining trails and terrain open,” said Wildcat/Attitash Director of Marketing Thomas Prindle. “Yes, it’s spring, we’re not 100% open, but it’s likely going to be better than what most will be offering come opening day next fall…why wait?”

Wildcat Mountain began operating daily for the 2013/14 season back on November 23, 2013 and did not set a firm closing date for the season, instead wanting to continue its tradition of staying open as long as weather, conditions, and business levels allow. At this time, though it will close again Monday, April 28 through Friday, May, 2, Wildcat Mountain is considering the possibility of reopening again Saturday, May 3.
