Expanding its marketing team to better align the organization for future growth, Aqua-Hot Heating Systems, Inc., the leading supplier of hydronic heating systems for motorhomes, announced the appointment of Kim Whitaker as marketing coordinator. Whitaker will be responsible for managing production and control of marketing programs to support the company and its customers. She will report to Aqua-Hot director of sales and marketing Harold Ogden.
“Kim’s skills in agile project management and direct response marketing programs will bolster our ability to build even stronger relationships with our OEM customers, resellers, service centers and even Aqua-Hot owners. With a proven track record for sales and marketing results, Kim is well-suited to lead our customer development efforts,” said Ogden.
Whitaker brings more than 13 years of experience in direct response, lead generation marketing and software program management. Most recently, she served as program and project manager with Trident Marketing. In this position, she was responsible for product and marketing program development for companies such as Red Rover Camping and Travel Resorts of America. Whitaker received her bachelor’s degree in business management from North Carolina State University.
Founded in 1984, Aqua-Hot is the premium producer for heating systems in motor coaches and introduced the first CARB approved natural gas auxiliary heating system for commercial vehicles. Aqua-Hot direct-fired hydronic systems operate on NG, propane and diesel vehicle fuel to keep equipment and people warm, comfortable and productive, while reducing emissions and saving fuel. Aqua-Hot products are distributed in North America, Europe and China.
