Westcomb is seeking those with a passion for the outdoor experience to fill a roster of innovative adventurers to join the brand’s expanding ambassador team. The ambassador search is launching simultaneously with an entirely redesigned website and e-commerce platform.
Mountaineers, skiers, climbers, trail runners, hikers and everyday adventurers who can benefit from Westcomb’s gear are encouraged to submit an entry for a chance to join the team. Those selected will be outfitted head to toe in exceptional Westcomb gear.
Designed, tested and made in Canada – Westcomb gear is built to perform. Westcomb’s nascent ambassador program features adventurers appreciative of Westcomb’s core commitments, an ability to seek the extraordinary and a desire to share their experiences.
“Each piece of our gear is the product of our passion for design and craftsmanship,” explains Alan Yiu, Westcomb’s Chief Designer and President. “Our search for ambassadors is a chance for Westcomb to partner with athletes crafting adventures that reflect a shared enthusiasm for the outdoor experience.”
Chosen ambassadors will receive collections of performance gear including Polartec NeoShell outerwear, Polartec Alpha insulation, premium Hutterite down sweaters, Polartec Power Wool base-layers, lightweight three-season performance apparel, wind and rain protection. Ambassadors will featured on Westcomb’s new website and across social media channels.
To vie for a spot on Westcomb’s ambassador roster submit a brief bio and short synopsis of why and how you can benefit from Westcomb’s performance apparel. Visit westcomb.com/ambassador for submission details and forms. All entries must be submitted no later than November 1, 2014 for consideration.
Westcomb is built on innovation, superior craftsmanship and local Canadian manufacturing. These commitments have garnered Westcomb coveted industry awards, media accolades and a devoted group of adventurers using Westcomb gear.
