If you are anything like me, there are multiple ways you interact with water, from running through streams, hanging out at the beach, paddleboarding, canoeing, you name it. Comfortable footwear is a must, especially when chasing an escaping child who is sprinting down the beach. Wading through a gravel or rock-filled stream is easy in boots or running shoes, but then uncomfortable if soaked or if the day is hot. For years I’ve worn closed-toe sandals for these activities, but I’m always looking for gear that will get the job done better.
