    COAST RL35R

    COAST RL35R Voice-Operated Headlamp

    The innovative COAST RL35R Voice-Operated Headlamp came out in early June 2024, and while it’s not the first headlamp on the market that responds to voice commands, it’s the first one that actually works the way it’s supposed to. 

    The maximum setting, which activates both bulbs on the headlamp, tops out at 1100 lumens and reaches an estimated 613 feet, according to the spec sheet. The spot high setting hits 530 lumens and 508 feet, while flood setting is 500 lumens and 206 feet.

    The headlamp is equipped with a rear battery pack, which has a button that turns on a red safety light, allowing for both solid and flashing modes. The pack includes a rechargeable battery, which has a built-in USB-C port. So the battery has the option of being charged while in the headlamp or while on its own — a feature that is truly amazing among COAST’s in-house battery technology.
